Social Workers Congress Mourns Founder Treasurer Kshetrimayum Ibotombi Singh

Imphal: The Social Workers Congress of Khongman gathered today to honor their former treasurer, Kshetrimayum Ibotombi Singh. He died on June 25. He was a retired Assistant Agriculture Officer and a key figure in the group since its start in 1983.

Members held a two-minute silence during the meeting. They remembered his integrity and his work for the Khongman area. The group stated, "The SWC, Khongman, also conveyed its heartfelt condolences to the bereaved family and prayed for the eternal peace of the departed soul."

Singh helped build the organization from the ground up. His decades of service remain a core part of the group's history. Colleagues spent the session sharing stories of his dedication to local welfare.
