Kohima: The Naga Students Federation (NSF) will hold document verification for NEET candidates vying for Nagaland State Quota seats. The event runs August 25 and 26 at the NSF office in Kohima. The NSF Education Committee will oversee the process to keep it fair.
Candidates must show up in person with a parent or guardian. Bring original files, including a recent passport photo, NEET score or admit cards, and HSLC and HSSLC admit cards. You also need a Scheduled Tribe Certificate and an Indigenous Inhabitant Certificate. Missing these dates kills your chance at a seat. The group warned against cheating. "The NSF reiterated that only candidates who are Nagas by blood and indigenous to Nagaland are eligible to claim seats allotted under the state quota."
The federation wants to stop non-indigenous people from grabbing state spots. They have spotted such attempts before. Any student caught turning in fake documents will face consequences. The NSF says it will fight to protect local opportunities. For help, call 8974523931 or 8731911712.
