Manipur Groups Rally to Fight Drug Crisis

Imphal: Local organizations and security units gathered at Khabeisoi Community Hall to confront the state's drug problem. The event marked the International Day Against Drug Abuse and Illicit Trafficking. The People Welfare Organization, Khabeisoi Youth Library and Sporting Association, the 7th Battalion Manipur Rifles, and the 8th IRB Battalion hosted the session with the Social Welfare Department.

Senior Medical Officer Dr. Kangujam Dingo joined the conversation. He detailed how addictive substances wreck the body and mind. He demanded better awareness to halt the spread of trafficking. 7th MR Commandant Sarda Laishram and 8th IR Battalion Commandant W.
