Landslide Shuts Down National Highway 13 in Arunachal Pradesh

Itanagar: A massive landslide buried a section of National Highway 13 at Pakro village in the Pakke Kessang district of Arunachal Pradesh. The slide cut the primary link between Sagalee and Seppa, also killing traffic flow on the route connecting Itanagar to Seppa. The road is now completely impassable.

Pakke Kessang Police issued a formal travel advisory following the collapse. They warned residents and commuters to scrap all non-essential trips through the area until further notice. Local authorities have started clearing the heavy debris. The cleanup will take two to three days to finish. Officials stated, "Updates will be issued once the road is reopened and declared safe for public use."

The District Administration is managing the site. They asked the public to stay patient and stick to official warnings to keep everyone safe. Keep an eye out for news on when the path finally clears.
