Kohima: Advisor for CAWD Kudecho Khamo challenged residents to embrace business ownership this Saturday. He spoke at the Chozuba Assembly Constituency Entrepreneurs Meet held in Chozuba Town. The event highlighted how small businesses drive local progress.

Khamo views business owners as the backbone of the state. He argued that taking risks is necessary for growth. He told the crowd that "thinking is the capital, enterprise the way, and hard work the solution," while calling for a fresh focus on innovation and local production.

He pointed to the Chief Minister’s Micro Finance Initiative and the Nagaland Skill and Entrepreneurship Development Mission as paths for expansion. The advisor believes food processing offers real potential for those ready to build brands beyond state lines.

Local leaders including Vevohu Epao and Razukuyi Khusoh helped organize the event. Officials spent the day hosting interactive discussions on how to scale small ventures. Success requires grit and a positive attitude, Khamo noted.
