Gangtok: Sikkim Chief Minister Prem Singh Tamang has congratulated Justice Meenakshi Madan Rai on her elevation to Chief Justice of the Patna High Court. The appointment marks a significant milestone as she becomes the first woman judge from Sikkim to hold the position of Chief Justice in any high court across the country.
