Guwahati: A new free coaching initiative targets job seekers in the Boko area. Classes focus on APSC, ADRE-3.0, Health Department, and Assam Police recruitment tests. Lessons begin September 26, 2026, at Boko Girls’ High School.
Students get instruction every Saturday and Sunday. The curriculum spans Assam history, geography, economy, polity, current affairs, reasoning, and English grammar. The program includes online sessions, doubt-clearing, test series, and mentorship. Organizers also promise flexible timings and study materials to support local candidates.
Arjun Chetry, an Executive Member of the Rabha Hasong Autonomous Council, leads the project alongside social worker Hiranya Nath and journalist Gobinda Daloi. They aim to assist youths who struggle with the high costs of private instruction. The group stated: "The organisers have appealed to eligible students and job aspirants to enrol within the stipulated deadline and take advantage of the free coaching opportunity."
Applicants must submit forms by September 16. Pickup locations for paperwork include Perfect Lab and Fresh Ahar Hotel and Restaurant in Boko.
