Kohima: XLINA Studios opened its doors in Dimapur on July 31. The hub provides professional facilities for photographers, fashion designers, stylists, artists, filmmakers, content creators, and entrepreneurs. It fills a void in the local creative infrastructure. Everything sits under one roof.
The studio houses four distinct areas. The Vault handles photography and video production. The Atelier focuses on fashion and styling. The Lab serves as a flexible workspace for artists and makers. Finally, The Pods offer a coworking space for freelancers, startups, and agencies. This setup caters to diverse professional needs.
Management launched a membership program to encourage regular use. Members gain monthly studio hours, priority booking, and discounted rates. They also join a network of local creators. Future plans include hosting workshops, community events, and portfolio reviews.
Founder Angelina explained the necessity of the project. "Creativity deserves a place to grow. Throughout my own journey, I realised there were many talented creatives but very few dedicated spaces to support them. XLINA was created to bridge that gap and build a community where people can create, collaborate, and grow together," she said.
