Agartala: Tripura Chief Minister Dr. Manik Saha toured Agartala on Saturday to inspect ongoing Smart City construction. He walked from Bidurkarta Chowmuhani to Purbasha, checking the pulse of the city's infrastructure push. The goal remains clear. Every project must wrap up before the Durga Puja festival begins.

Saha met with city planners to demand results. He told officials the work must meet high quality standards while sticking to the strict deadline. The government intends to provide clean streets and better drainage to all residents before the festive season hits.

The Chief Minister took a jab at his political rivals during a press briefing. He claimed past administrations spent their time on talk rather than work. "They only raised slogans, whereas our government believes in delivering through action," he said.

Agartala Mayor Dipak Majumder joined the inspection alongside Corporator Ratna Dutta. Chief Secretary J.K. Sinha and Secretary Kiran Gitte were also on the scene. Municipal Commissioner Saju Wahid and staff from Agartala Smart City Limited rounded out the group. The state continues to push long-term upgrades across Agartala at a rapid clip.
