Guwahati: Radisson Blu Guwahati is hosting the Uttar Dakshin food festival at The Great Kebab Factory. The event runs from July 31 through August 16. It highlights the clash and harmony between Northern and Southern culinary styles.
The menu features a wide range of regional specialties. Diners can order Malabari Kalmi Kabab, Mathania Paneer, or Dhungar Adraki Chaapein. Other options include Mutton Pulusu, Andhra Masala Prawns, Haryali Badami Tangdi Kabab, and Amritsari Fish with Gunpowder Aioli. Cooks rely on authentic ingredients and time-honored recipes.
General Manager Gurmeet Randhawa says, "India’s culinary heritage is one of the richest in the world, with every region offering its own distinctive flavours, traditions and stories." The hotel aims to present these traditions using classic techniques and banana leaf service.
