Officials flagged these specific records after reviewing the Beneficiary Identification System portal. These cards date back to the initial program rollout between 2018 and September 2022. Back then, authorities allowed card generation for Socio-Economic Caste Census and Rashtriya Swasthya Bima Yojana beneficiaries without requiring Aadhaar. That loophole is now closed.
The National Health Authority now demands full integration. “Failure to complete the linkage within the stipulated period may result in the Ayushman Card being disabled,” the Office Memorandum warned. If your card goes dark, you will have to undergo a fresh e-KYC process to get back on the rolls.
Mon holds the highest number of unlinked records at 18,461. Dimapur follows with 15,995, and Phek reports 15,216. Other affected districts include Zunheboto with 14,207, Tuensang with 12,285, Mokokchung with 9,008, Wokha with 8,207, Peren with 7,871, Longleng with 7,323, Kohima with 3,614, and Kiphire with 2,362. Small tallies appear for Chümoukedima, Noklak, Meluri, and Shamator, along with one outlier listed in Agra.
Beneficiaries can visit the Office of the Chief Medical Officer, Common Service Centres, Village Level Entrepreneurs, card vendor agencies, or any empanelled PM-JAY hospital to fix their status. Check your records today.
