Nagaland CM's Residence Registered for Census 2027

Kohima: Census officials visited the official residence of Nagaland Chief Minister Neiphiu Rio in Kohima on July 2. They were there to record the property for the 2027 House Listing Operations.

Deputy Commissioner B Henok Buchem led the team. Director of Census Operations for Nagaland, Dr Keneilhoutuolie Miachieo, joined him alongside other field staff. The crew followed strict government rules for the task. They documented the building and household amenities on-site.

Officials stated the work was "conducted in accordance with the prescribed procedures under the Census 2027 House Listing Operations." This house listing is the first stage of the 2027 Census. It acts as a baseline to help the state prepare for the final population count later.
