Kohima: Edufy Institute hosted a felicitation program in Dimapur on Tuesday to honor candidates who cleared the Nagaland Public Service Commission exams. Centre Head Tolika Achumi opened the event with a welcome address before Kivi Aye gave a special presentation. Arvind Damani of the BJYM national executive and Edufy chairman V. Khekato Awomi also spoke to the group.
Richumong T, who earned Rank 4 as an Extra Assistant Commissioner, recounted his path from a 2022 prelims failure to victory. He noted that consistent habits beat fleeting motivation. He told the crowd, "Success may give a person a name, but character gives meaning to that name."
Nchang Khuzuakbo Hutan, now a Technical Assistant in the Department of Labour, Employment, Skill Development and Entrepreneurship, credited the institute for his win. He cited mock tests and interview coaching as key. Hutan encouraged students to read newspapers daily to track government updates.
Kakito Chishi faced repeated losses since 2019 before landing a job as an Inspector of Industries and Economic Investigator. He admitted that the mental weight of watching peers succeed was his hardest hurdle. Chishi urged aspirants to start early and choose resilience over waiting for perfection.
