Itanagar: Kentu Lap from Anjaw district secured a bronze medal at the 2026 Asian Cadets and Junior Judo Championships in Amman, Jordan. This win makes him the first judoka from Arunachal Pradesh to medal at this continental level. It is a massive victory for the state sporting scene.
