Shillong: The North-East Liver Foundation Society handed Dr. RS Thangkhiew its Lifetime Achievement Award during the 6th North-East Medicon 2026 in Guwahati. The founder and managing director of Supercare Hospital stood out among medical experts from across the region. Judges honored him for decades of hard work expanding healthcare access in Meghalaya and beyond.
