Itanagar: Rajiv Gandhi University in Arunachal Pradesh needs a Research Associate III. The position is temporary. It supports a project titled "Ethnographic Profile of the Borderland Communities with Special Reference to Idu, Kaman, and Taraon Mishmis of Arunachal Pradesh: A Socio-Psychological and Cultural Study."

Applicants need a first-class post-graduate degree or integrated post-graduate degree in Tribal Studies. Candidates must hold a UGC NET qualification. Experience in field studies is desirable, and those currently enrolled in a PhD program for Tribal Studies are preferred. The university will pay 54,000 rupees monthly plus 9 percent HRA.
