The role supports the project titled "Setting up of Nation-Wide Network of Laboratories for Managing Epidemics and National Calamities" under the State Level Viral Research and Diagnostic Laboratory funded by the DHR. The institute needs one qualified professional to fill this role.

Applicants need a first-class Master degree in Microbiology. Alternatively, they can hold a second-class M.Sc plus a Ph.D in the same field. Applicants must show up at the Seminar Room, Department of Microbiology, NEIGRIHMS, Shillong on 1st September, 2026 at 12:30 PM.
