Proceedings run from 11 a.m. to 2 p.m. at the NERC office Conference Hall in AG Colony, Kohima. Officials scheduled this session under Section 62 of the Electricity Act, 2003. This follows an August 6 notification from the Department of Power, Nagaland, which invited suggestions and objections from the public.
Participation remains open to everyone. Domestic, commercial, industrial, bulk, and agriculture consumers can attend to voice their concerns. The commission invites feedback to weigh the "Aggregate Revenue Requirement (ARR) and tariff proposal for FY 2026-27" before finalizing any new rate structures.
