Kohima District Staff Complete Month-Long IT Training

Kohima: Forty-nine ministerial staff members in Kohima wrapped up their IT training on October 1. The month-long course finished at the DC Conference Hall. The District Administration and NIC Kohima hosted the sessions throughout August 2026. They aimed to modernize workflows and boost efficiency.

District Informatics Officer Rüüvisie Kehie and his team served as master trainers. Officials handed out Certificates of Appreciation to the instructors. Trainees who scored 50 percent or higher earned Certificates of Completion. The top five participants received Certificates of Achievement.

DC Kohima B Henok Buchem spoke to the group during the finale. He urged staff to remain committed to their roles. "Dignity of work, regardless of its nature," Buchem said during his keynote address. Accountants like Rakalung noted the high quality of the program during the feedback session.

ADC Kohima Ruopfükuotuo Noudi opened the event with a welcome address. Ane Khieya, EAC for the establishment department, chaired the proceedings. Sarthak Singh, an IAS probationer and Assistant Commissioner, finished the event with a vote of thanks.
