EFLU Shillong Announces Opening for Guest Faculty in Japanese

Shillong: The English and Foreign Languages University (EFLU) in Shillong, Meghalaya, is currently accepting applications for a Guest Faculty position within its Japanese department for 2026. The university seeks one qualified candidate to fill this role.

Applicants must possess a strong academic background, including a minimum of 55% marks in their M.A. in Japanese. While not mandatory, candidates holding a NET qualification or a Ph.D. as per UGC regulations are preferred. The position offers compensation of Rs. 1,500 per lecture, capped at a maximum of Rs. 50,000 per month.
