Imphal: Singjamei 360 launched its Digital Yellow Page App today. The application is now live on both Android and iOS platforms. Officials held the rollout at the Hotel Imolesh Banquet Hall.
Thanga AC MLA Tongbram Robindro served as the chief guest for the event. Babina Group Chairman Dr. Thangjam Dhabali attended as the guest of honour. Other attendees included Suba Hospital Managing Director Dr. Wahengbam Indibar and Singjamei 360 Advisor Dr. Dhanabir Laishram. Dr. Laishram presided over the proceedings.
MLA Robindro spoke to the crowd about the power of digital tools. He urged the public to use technology to address pressing social problems. The MLA highlighted the harmful impact of constant bandhs and blockades on local livelihoods. He noted that economic growth remains slow compared to neighboring states.
Robindro pointed to a growing trust deficit between various groups. Peace is required for economic survival. He told the audience, "The Singjamei 360 platform could play an important role in highlighting social issues and connecting people with information through digital technology." He finished by calling for a unified effort to restore stability and promote development across Manipur.
