Guwahati: Haren Deuri vanished after leaving his home in Lochanabari, Morigaon district, to find work in Mumbai. He departed on October 9. Silence followed. His family has heard nothing from him since the day he left Assam.
The Morigaon Police launched a formal search after his family filed an official complaint. Authorities have yet to find a lead on his current location. The investigation remains active.
Deuri’s wife is now pleading for leads. She urged the public to provide any information that could bring him home. "Anyone who has seen him or has information that could help trace him has been requested to contact the nearest police station or reach out to the family at the given number - 9957276627 or 9957760038," she stated.
