Empowering women and youth sits at the top of their priority list. They intend to push for innovation while keeping traditional crafts and indigenous knowledge alive. The panel will meet at least once a month to track progress. They must submit detailed reports to the Deputy Commissioner for review. Regarding the scope of these efforts, the mandate includes a "comprehensive mandate to transform the district's socioeconomic" outlook. If necessary, the group can invite subject-matter experts to assist with specific development tasks.
