Shillong: IIM Shillong is hiring. The institute seeks applicants for Professor, Associate Professor, Assistant Professor Grade-I, and Assistant Professor Grade-II roles for 2026. Jobs span departments including Economics and Public Policy, Finance and Control, Information Systems and Analytics, Marketing, Operations and Quantitative Techniques, Organizational Behaviour and Human Resources, and Strategy and Liberal Studies. Applicants need a Ph.D. with a strong academic record. Professors require 10 years of experience, with four years at the Associate level in premier institutions. Associate Professors need six years of experience, including three years as an Assistant Professor. Assistant Professor Grade-I roles require three years of experience, though exceptional candidates may receive a waiver. Fresh Ph.D. holders can apply for contract-based Grade-II positions.
