Dimapur Hosts Pension Adalat for Telecom Retirees

Kohima: The Department of Telecommunications and BSNL NE II Telecom Circle are holding a Pension Adalat for retirees on July 31. The event starts at 10 a.m. at the BSNL NE II Circle Office Conference Hall in Dimapur. Officials created this forum to fix pension disputes. It targets former workers across Nagaland, Manipur, and Arunachal Pradesh.

These meetings rotate every three months. Organizers pick sites like Dimapur, Imphal, and Itanagar to keep them accessible. According to a PIB report, the Pension Adalat is being organised to provide a dedicated platform for redressal of pension related grievances.

Retired staff must file complaints before the event. Use the SAMPANN portal, email, Speed Post, WhatsApp, or deliver them by hand. For questions, call 1800 345 3809 or 03862 229061. The agency aims to reach pensioners in every major hub.
