Deep Potholes Plague Busy Kohima Junction

Kohima: Drivers in Kohima face a daily hazard at the PHQ Junction. A massive, gaping pothole sits right in the middle of the busy road. It stays there, completely ignored by authorities.

This stretch of asphalt remains in poor shape. Traffic crawls through the intersection to avoid vehicle damage. As local photographer Chizokho Vero noted, the "pothole remains unattended in the busy street of PHQ Junction Kohima."

Commuters have little choice but to weave around the crater. The road shows no signs of repair crews arriving to patch the damage. Locals watch the street deteriorate further every single day.
