Woman found dead in Dimapur home; family located by police

Kohima: Roshni Begum turned up dead Sunday morning in her Dimapur home. The 29-year-old woman lay unresponsive when her brother finally broke inside after she failed to answer the door. She had plans to travel to Diphu that day. When she didn't show up, her brother went to the house to check on her.

Neighbors described the household as quiet and peaceful. They reported no recent fights or disturbances at the property. The victim had been a widow for three years and struggled with asthma. Her two young daughters and her 15-year-old brother were missing immediately following the discovery. Police later located the three relatives. Officials have taken the body for a post-mortem to determine how she died. Authorities are currently running an investigation to "ascertain the cause of death and trace the missing individuals."
