Wisecrabs Celebrates MPSC Success Stories at Chandel Inspiring Event

Imphal: Wisecrabs brought together students, educators, and families at the Town Hall in Panchai village on Friday for its third annual In Conversations event. The programme aimed to celebrate the accomplishments of local talent and encourage the next generation of civil servants in the Chandel district.

Three successful candidates from the 2022 Manipur Public Service Commission Civil Services Examination were recognised during the ceremony. Katrimsha Moningpha Tarao, who earned Rank 12, was joined by Lucksha N. Moyon and RL Sharika, who secured Ranks 108 and 139 respectively.

The event drew approximately 300 attendees from schools and colleges including Oak Hill Christian Academy, St Joseph High School, and United College. Supporters of the programme included prominent local leaders such as SDO Chandel Reikimdaar Khaling, ADC Noney ST Rithung, and various school principals.

Wisecrabs president Ts Mhanthung highlighted the importance of positive role models in motivating young people toward academic and professional success. During the interactive session moderated by Hermyne Shelmoi, the three achievers discussed their personal study strategies and the challenges they overcame while preparing for their examinations.

The gathering featured a question and answer session that allowed students to receive direct advice from the successful candidates. Rev. Sng Nelson of the Lambung Baptist Church provided a final blessing for the achievers, and the programme concluded with a vote of thanks from joint secretary Rengshing Dilbung.
