Agartala: S.C. Das wants change. The Tripura Human Rights Commission Chairman says healthcare workers must respect the fundamental rights of every patient. He warned hospitals to quit cutting corners.

Patients deserve dignity. Das stressed that medical facilities must prioritize human rights while delivering care to the public. He expects officials to strictly follow these ethical standards throughout the state.

"The healthcare system must ensure that the rights of patients are upheld at all times," Das stated. He plans to keep a close watch on hospital conduct to prevent negligence. Providers who fail to meet these requirements will face scrutiny.
