Agartala: A resident of Tripura has reunited with his family following a sixteen-month imprisonment in Bangladesh. The man, whose identity has not been disclosed, crossed the border back into India after completing his sentence.
Local authorities confirmed his return but provided few details regarding the circumstances of his initial arrest. His homecoming marks the end of a long period of uncertainty for his relatives in Tripura.
