Agartala: Members of the Tripura Mahila Congress descended on the state Women's Commission office today. They arrived to stage a vocal protest against the commission. The demonstrators gathered at the site to air grievances and demand immediate attention to their concerns.

The group occupied the building entrance. Security remained tight while the women chanted slogans. Their presence signaled a direct challenge to the commission officials. Activists stated, "Tripura Mahila Cong stages protest at Women's Commission" during the demonstration.

Tensions remained high throughout the morning. The protesters refused to clear the area until their demands for action were met by those in charge. Police kept a close watch as the demonstration continued into the afternoon hours.
