Agartala: Tripura Chief Minister Manik Saha met with top officials today to assess the state's readiness for the monsoon. He demanded a unified approach to handle potential flooding and mitigate damage to property and lives.

The state must stay alert. Saha told his team that departments need to work in lockstep to handle heavy rains. He emphasized that "coordinated response" efforts will remain the priority throughout the season to ensure minimal disruption for residents across Tripura.

Officials reviewed emergency protocols and resource allocation during the briefing. The government aims to clear drainage systems and maintain communication lines before the downpours begin.
