TJEE 2026 Results Announced: Top Performers Revealed

Agartala: The Tripura Joint Entrance Board officially released the 2026 TJEE results on Friday, ending the wait for thousands of students. Board Chairman Dr. Raja Chakraborty announced the outcomes, which cover performance in engineering, medical, and professional entrance streams.

A total of 4,731 students participated in the examinations across 15 centers in the state. Participation figures showed 2,086 male students and 2,645 female students. Regarding subject distribution, 604 candidates took the PCM exam, 2,666 focused on PCB, and 1,461 students chose both streams. West Tripura hosted the majority of testing locations with eight venues, while other districts operated one center each.

Arghyajyoti Saha claimed the top spot in the PCM group, followed by Animesh Sarkar and Akash Choudhury. In the PCB category, Vaibhav Roy secured first place, with Akash Choudhury and Arnav Mitra taking second and third rankings. Education observers highlighted the strong female turnout as a positive trend for professional studies in the region.

With the results now public, officials will soon begin the counseling and admission phase. This process will allow successful candidates to move forward with their academic careers in their chosen professional fields.
