Kohima: Members of the Tangha Students Union Longleng Unit gathered on June 13 to host a volunteer cleanliness campaign. The initiative, themed Our Town, Our Responsibility, focused on the area between Lampong junction and Hukphang junction.

Participants cleared roadside drains and collected waste to maintain the public spaces along this stretch. The campaign served as a push to increase awareness regarding the necessity of keeping the local environment healthy.

Organizers emphasized that maintaining the town is a shared duty rather than the burden of a select few. The union appealed to all local residents to help keep the town beautiful, stating, "keeping Longleng clean was not the duty of a few but a collective responsibility of every citizen."
