Sikkim Manipal University Opens Hiring for Teaching and Non-Teaching Roles in 2026

Gangtok: Sikkim Manipal University has announced a new recruitment drive for several teaching and non-teaching positions for 2026. The university is seeking qualified professionals to fill specific roles across its academic and support departments, with candidates required to submit their applications via email before the respective deadlines in June.

The university is searching for a Statistician-cum-Assistant Professor in the Department of Community Medicine. Applicants for this faculty role must hold an MSc and a PhD in Health Statistics, Medical Statistics, Biostatistics, or general Statistics from a recognized university. While not mandatory, the university prefers individuals who possess "three years of teaching experience in the subject in a recognized medical college as Demonstrator, Tutor, or Lecturer." The deadline for this application is 15th June 2026.

Technical and creative support roles are also available. The university is hiring one Dialysis Technician for CRH, requiring a degree or diploma in dialysis and at least one year of experience handling operating dialysis machines and related procedures. The deadline for this position is 10th June 2026. Additionally, the university is seeking a Social Media Content Creator or Storyteller. This role is open to graduates, with preference given to those with backgrounds in mass communication or marketing and one to three years of experience. Applications for the content creator role must be submitted by 8th June 2026.
