Itanagar: Search teams pulled another body from the muck in Arunachal Pradesh on Friday. The discovery came as crews entered their fourth day hunting for three people still missing in the Keyi Panyor district. The body of 30-year-old Ballari Marak, also known as Olyn Synkly, turned up around noon. Locals identified the victim, who hailed from Meghalaya.

State Disaster Response Force teams and Keyi Panyor police are digging through the ruins at the NEEPCO Colony. They are still looking for 13-year-old Elesh Marak, 46-year-old Tao Anjina, and Sourav Kumar. The job is hard. Relentless landslides keep burying the Potin-Kimin Road, blocking access for rescue crews.

Officials are working as fast as the rain allows. Police currently guard the Pitapool-Potin stretch to manage traffic and aid cleanup crews. Workers prioritize emergency vehicles and heavy machinery, but the weather calls the shots. District authorities confirmed that restoration work is underway on a "war footing" while crews wait for the skies to clear.
