Agartala: RSS Sarsanghchalak Dr. Mohan Bhagwat hits the stage in Mumbai on August 6. He will address Gen Z and Gen Alpha students at the Nita Mukesh Ambani Cultural Centre. The talk opens the 15th anniversary of India’s International Movement to Unite Nations. It also kicks off their Annual Championship Conference.
More than 2,000 students, aged 15 to 19, are flying in from over 100 cities. They represent a massive youth-led movement. The theme centers on the role of youth in uniting the world the Indian way. Rishabh Shah, the founder of I.I.M.U.N., says the timing is right for this talk. "Leadership is not only about guiding the next generation, but also listening to it," Shah stated.
I.I.M.U.N. started back in 2011. It now runs in 275 cities in India and 40 countries across the globe. The organization has reached 7.5 crore young people through 1.5 lakh schools and colleges. Their advisory board features names like Ajay Piramal, Deepak Parekh, and Shashi Tharoor. They also count Justice D. Y. Chandrachud, Karan Johar, and P. T. Usha among their members.
The group has hosted 32 Heads of State and thousands of distinguished speakers over the years. They run 108 conferences annually. Their alumni fill roles in government, law, and business. This session aims to set a new tone for democracy and nation-building.
