Itanagar: A 21-year-old man was found dead Tuesday morning near the Deputy Commissioner office complex in Aalo. West Siang Superintendent of Police Kardak Riba confirmed that officers discovered the body of Nitish Kumar Ram at 7:50 am. The scene contained only a mobile phone and a Bluetooth device.

Police reviewed CCTV footage from the surrounding government buildings. The recordings show no sign of other people, leading investigators to dismiss any suspicion of foul play. "Preliminary findings suggest the man had been experiencing mental health challenges," said local police officials.

A magisterial inquest is complete. The body currently sits in the mortuary while authorities finish standard legal procedures. No criminal case has been registered at this time.
