Kohima: Petrol prices in Nagaland have crossed the 100 rupee threshold following the latest round of fuel hikes across India. Public Sector Oil Marketing Companies announced the increase on May 23, marking the third time prices have risen during the month.

Retail stations in regions like Chumoukedima began displaying the updated, higher rates immediately after the announcement. This sustained upward trend in fuel costs continues to affect consumers across the state as oil companies pass on pricing adjustments to the public.
