Agartala: Commuters at Jirania Station in Tripura staged a protest on the tracks today, effectively bringing rail traffic to a standstill. The demonstrators blocked the path of two trains to voice their frustration over an ongoing shortage of passenger coaches.

The protest created significant delays for travelers relying on the rail network in the region. Local authorities and railway officials are currently addressing the concerns raised by the passengers to restore order and resume normal operations.
