Notun Bosti Council Commends Zhaleo Rio for Road Improvements

Kohima: The Notun Bosti Council in Dimapur has formally recognized advisor Zhaleo Rio for his efforts in improving local infrastructure. Rio, who oversees Urban Development and Municipal Affairs, took a direct role in organizing the black topping of roads within the Notun Bosti Colony.

Council chairman Phukato Zhimomi and secretary Stephen K. Rengma issued a statement praising the project for resolving long-standing issues. Residents previously faced significant daily challenges navigating the deteriorating roads and poor drainage systems in the area. Local leaders expressed that the recent upgrades offer necessary relief to the community.
