Shillong: Phibadeity S Marwein received her doctorate from North Eastern Hill University for her research focused on intelligent load balancing in the Internet of Vehicles. She completed her doctoral studies under the guidance of Professor Debdatta Kandar.
A resident of Laitkor in Shillong, Marwein is the daughter of S Myrthong and G Marwein. Her academic work addresses critical connectivity challenges within modern vehicular networks.
