Aizawl: The National Institute of Technology in Mizoram is hiring four temporary faculty members for the 2026 academic year. The school needs instructors across four specific engineering departments: Electronics and Communication, Electrical, Computer Science, and Civil Engineering.
Candidates must hold a Ph.D. in their field. Applicants are also required to have a First Class degree in both their B.E/B.Tech and M.E/M.Tech studies. The institute set the fixed monthly salary for these positions at Rs. 70,000.
Interested applicants must email their completed forms and documents to registrar@nitmz.ac.in. The deadline is July 10, 2026. The institution stated, "The prescribed fee shall be remitted through Online Payment only to the undermentioned Account Details."
The application fee is Rs. 500 for general applicants, while SC, ST, and EWS candidates pay Rs. 200. Women and those with disabilities do not have to pay any fees. Direct deposits to the NIT Mizoram account at Canara Bank in Aizawl are mandatory. Cash, cheques, and demand drafts are not accepted.
