Candidates need an M.Tech or M.E in Electrical Engineering, specifically in areas like Smart Grid or Power Electronics. GATE-qualified applicants with a B.Tech or B.E in related fields also qualify. This is serious work.

The successful hire pulls 37,000 rupees per month for the first two years. That pay bumps to 42,000 rupees in the third year. The role lasts three years or until the project wraps.
