Imphal: The National Forensic Sciences University (NFSU) Manipur campus has opened recruitment for two contractual Assistant Professor positions. The university is seeking qualified candidates to fill roles in General Forensics and a second position covering Computer Science, Cyber Security, Digital Forensics, or Electronics Communications.
To qualify for the General Forensics post, applicants must hold a Ph.D. in a relevant discipline, along with a first-class master's degree in subjects such as Forensic Science, Chemistry, Physics, Life Sciences, or Biotechnology. Candidates for the technical post require a Ph.D. and a master's degree in fields including Computer Science, Information Security, Data Science, Artificial Intelligence, or Robotics.
Interested individuals must complete an online application via the provided Google form and upload a filled version of the official application form found on the NFSU website. A non-refundable application fee of INR 500 is required, payable through online transfer, UPI, or NEFT to the Institute of Forensic Sciences for Training and Skilling account at Punjab National Bank.
Applicants are also required to send self-attested physical copies of their documents via speed post. The envelope must be addressed to the Campus Director at the Manipur Police Training College Campus in Imphal East and arrive no later than June 19, 2026. The university specifies that the envelope must be clearly marked with the following: "Application for the post of Assistant Professor (Contractual) in the domain .......... against advertisement number NFSU/Manipur/ ADM/ Rec/991 dated 09.06.2026"
