Nagaland Primary Teachers Call Emergency Meeting in Kohima

Kohima: The All Nagaland Government Primary Teachers Association (ANGPTA) Kohima unit will meet July 4. Teachers gather at 11 a.m. in the D. Block Council Hall. The site sits right below the Deputy Commissioner’s office.

This meeting handles high-stakes business. They have a long list of grievances to work through. The agenda covers the stalled preparation of the Primary Teachers’ Seniority List and the upcoming Limited Departmental Examination. Members will also debate internal school head issues and pick new union leadership.

Attendance is not optional. The association issued a firm directive to the staff. It mandates that "at least one regular primary teacher from each school under Kohima District must attend" to ensure every facility has a voice in the discussion.
