Nagaland Power Cut Scheduled for June 23

Kohima: A six-hour blackout hits Nagaland on June 23. Power will cut out from 10:00 AM to 04:00 PM as crews head to the 132/33kV Sanis Sub-Station. The Transmission Division in Kohima confirmed the outage is mandatory for necessary maintenance and related technical upgrades at the site.

Residents across several towns and villages will lose electricity during this window. Officials are asking the public for patience while crews work on the lines. The Executive Engineer stated: "All consumers and the public in the affected areas have been requested to extend cooperation and bear the inconvenience during the period."
