Nagaland Honors Top Students with Fellowship Awards

Kohima: The Nagaland Board of School Education will host a ceremony for top-performing students on July 9. The event honors recipients of the Chief Minister’s Meritorious Students Fellowship from the 2026 HSLC batch. The ceremony takes place at 11 A.M. at the Capital Convention Centre in Kohima.

Advisor for School Education Dr. Kekhrielhoulie Yhome will attend to present the awards. Students must arrive by 10:30 A.M. They need to wear their former school uniforms for the event. The board stated, "The students are requested to come to the function in the previous school/institution uniform along with 1 (one) parent and be seated at the venue by 10:30 a.m."

One parent must accompany each student. The venue sits near the Nagaland Civil Secretariat.
