Kohima: The Naga Students’ Federation is calling non-Naga groups to the table. Its Inner Line Regulation Commission wants feedback on how the state enforces local border rules. The meeting kicks off at 11 am on June 27 at a hotel in Dimapur’s Walford Colony.
Organizers invited associations, unions, and welfare bodies to share their experience. They want to hear about compliance hurdles and administrative headaches. The federation stated the goal is to "facilitate dialogue and gather the views, concerns, experiences, observations, and recommendations of non-local communities" regarding these laws.
Officials need a headcount fast. Groups must confirm their attendance by June 25. The commission will weigh all gathered input before building its formal recommendations for the state.
