Kohima: Nagaland MP Supongmeren recently visited the Package-II site of the Kohima-Jessami two-lane road project. Accompanied by other officials on May 29, the MP assessed the current state of construction and voiced his frustration regarding the slow pace of the project.
During the site inspection, Supongmeren highlighted major safety lapses associated with the ongoing work. The visit underscored growing local concerns regarding the timeline and infrastructure quality of the national highway development.
